the expanded menu
Entering the 1990s, seeing the demand for more sophisticated cuisine
in the area, we added Sichuan and Hunan dishes, as well as more vegetarian
dishes. In 1993, chef Wu, from Taiwan, joined the restaurant and started
a new, separate menu which catered to the tastes of our growing Asian
clientele. Over the years, we have noticed that more and more of our local
diners are also asking for this menu. After a long wait, we are finally
adding the “Secret Chinese Menu” to our regular menu.
